Job summary

WW Clyde in Colorado is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead preconstruction development and execution of non-traditional procurement projects, including Design-Build, CM/GC, Progressive Design-Build, and P3. You will guide projects from concept to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safety and on-time delivery.

The role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage complex budgets and large-contract values, typically ranging from $50

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ to 15+ years in project management within the AEC industry with significant infrastructure project experience ($50M–$1B+).
• 5+ years leading large, complex projects.
• Experience leading preconstruction or construction for alternative delivery models (Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, P3).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• PE License not required but preferred.
• Experience in client-facing roles leading project meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage alternative delivery projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain owner relationships; be the front-facing contact on large projects.
• Lead development, proposal, and pipeline planning through relationship building.
• Plan and execute project schedules, budgets, and risk management to meet milestones.
