Acloché LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Heavy Civil and NCDOT work in the Cary/Raleigh market. You will run NCDOT roadway, bridge and utility projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a backlog that’s already won and direct access to senior leadership.

You will own budgets, schedules, cost reports, forecasting and margins on every project, while leading superintendents, field engineers and subcontractors to meet production, quality, and safety targets.

Formación

• Must have NCDOT project experience as PM of record.
• Strong cost control, schedules and forecasting skills.
• Experience leading field teams and subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Owns budgets, schedules, cost reports, forecasting and margins.
• Leads superintendents, field engineers, and subcontractors to hit production, quality and safety goals.
• Serves as main contact for NCDOT, owners, engineers, inspectors and vendors.
• Issues subcontracts and purchase orders; manages subcontractor performance.
