Job summary

Harris Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to supervise the PMO team in the Health Care System Engineering office. The role coordinates project initiatives, ensures compliance with policies, and oversees resources from initiation through closeout, including FF&E and procurement.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 8+ years of healthcare design/construction project management, and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 8+ years in Healthcare-Design/Construction or project management.
• 5+ years of project management leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Senior Project Manager and Project Manager daily activities within PMO.
• Assist Director with program assignments and monitor resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, compliance, information security, and licensing.
• Oversee projects from initiation to closeout including FF&E selection and procurement.
• Manage internal and external relationships through effective communication.
