Job summary

Groe Advisors LLC is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead end-to-end network upgrade implementations in a GxP environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Business, IT, and external vendors to deliver on-time, in-scope projects and ensure successful adoption across the organization. This full-time position prefers on-site work at the Wilmington, OH manufacturing facility, with remote options and periodic travel (2x/year for 2 weeks).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Business or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional work experience with a strong background in IT project management.
• Past experience in network upgrade implementations in a GxP environment and vendor management.
• Proven experience in use of Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of assigned projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage projects through the lifecycle from initiation to closeout, including go-live and hyper-care support.
• Build and maintain relationships between Business, IT and 3rd party vendors.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings, risk assessments, and cutover planning as needed.
• Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, budgets, risks, and communication plans.
• Organize and motivate the project team and ensure progress and performance.
• Governance and cadence management through the lifecycle to meet requirements.
• Use verification techniques and escalate risks and changes as needed.
• Utilize corporate project office tools and processes as directed.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems and techniques.
• Provide updates to sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Guide decision-making across IT, Finance, Operations, Quality and PMO.
