Job summary

Jayco Talent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up electrical projects in commercial and industrial sectors from pre-construction through closeout.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and coordination with GCs, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors, while mentoring field supervisors and maintaining project momentum.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of electrical PM experience, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of electrical systems and code compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing electrical scopes on ground-up commercial and/or industrial builds.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Build and manage budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and procurement strategies
• Coordinate directly with GCs, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
• Conduct site walks, safety audits, and quality control inspections
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation
• Mentor field supervisors and ensure alignment with project goals
• Drive communication, accountability, and project momentum every step of the way
