Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee design-build projects in public and private sectors. This full-time role in Beloit, WI requires leadership in budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

You will drive progress reports, manage change orders and RFIs, and ensure safety standards and quality on site. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in construction are expected, with strong communication skills and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and provide progress reports to the PM.
• Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, developing mitigation plans.
• Assist in managing budgets and profitability.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and adherence to specs.
• Assist in project closeout, including punch lists and final payments.
