Job summary

Fluxx, based in Manhattan, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Grantseeker’s direction during a pivotal rebuild. You’ll steer a two‑platform strategy, drive data‑driven prioritization, and lead cross‑functional teams across product, design, and engineering to ship in iterative cycles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software PM with real revenue ownership of a B2B SaaS product.
• Direct product-led growth experience: freemium tiers, self-serve onboarding, activation/retention instrumentation.
• Strong prioritization decisions with clear rationale.
• Genuine data fluency; ability to build funnel views and interpret metrics.
• Excellent written communication and experience shipping in iterative cycles with design and engineering.
• Comfort with ambiguity and an early-team environment.
• Experience with AI/ML product work (search, matching, recommendation, or document generation).
• Experience consolidating multiple products onto a single platform, including migrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap; set a 12–18 month strategy grounded in customer evidence and business goals.
• Resolve the platform question with end-to-end consolidation and migration tooling.
• Sharpen the product-led motion: activation, retention, and expansion metrics.
• Win competitive migrations with data-driven onboarding and first-week experience.
• Connect funders and seekers; ship data flows and shared data models with other teams.
• Build on the data asset to enable AI/ML features like improved matching and document generation.
• Run discovery, write clear specs, groom the backlog, and ship in cadence with design and engineering.
