OMNI Consulting Solutions seeks a Senior Program Manager in California to lead complex government programs from planning through execution. You will drive program performance, manage resources and budgets, and provide leadership with clear analysis and decision-ready materials.

Responsibilities include developing program plans, coordinating IPTs, monitoring costs and risks, and delivering PMO support to government leadership. A Secret clearance and extensive government experience are required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in government program management.
• 10+ years supporting government programs and stakeholders.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain higher clearance if required.
• Proven ability to lead programs from planning through execution.
• Experience with budget development, tracking, and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee complex government programs across the lifecycle.
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Provide PMO support and executive-level reporting for leadership.
• Monitor risks, costs, requirements, and resource needs to ensure performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional IPTs and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare briefings and decision-support materials for government leadership.
