Job summary

C3 AI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Generative AI platform in California. You will drive strategy, collaborate with engineering, data science, and customer teams, and deliver AI-driven products to market.

Responsibilities include translating market needs into roadmaps, guiding cross-functional delivery, and shaping product architecture through deep AI/ML analysis. California base pay is posted, with strong equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI, or related field.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, data pipelines, and model operation.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver technically sound and scalable AI solutions.
• Demonstrable ability to break down complex technical problems into user-friendly features and product experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing full product lifecycles from research to launch and iteration.
• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Work with engineering and data science to define detailed product requirements and specs for Generative AI solutions.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear roadmaps and product features.
• Drive development with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI features.
• Conduct deep technical analysis of AI/ML technologies underpinning the platform.
• Own go-to-market strategy with marketing and sales for successful launches and adoption.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to refine the roadmap based on feedback and market trends.
• Manage stakeholder communications with senior leadership.
• Monitor key product metrics and pursue continuous improvement.
