Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product motion, own the roadmap for your area.
• Define how coding agents reason and build and the MCP connections.
• Set evals and metrics for agent accuracy, reliability, and task completion.
• Define user journey for target industries and ideal customer profile.
• Own the product-led growth loop from activation to retention.
• Synthesize customer feedback into prioritized product changes.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers and forward deployed engineers.
• Support day-to-day GTM motions like demos and workshops.
