Job summary

7-Eleven seeks a Product Manager III to lead the FMSA integration layer and Trustwell tool, driving FSMA Section 204 readiness. You’ll translate complex data flows across upstream and downstream systems into actionable requirements for the middleware and Trustwell platform.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Demand Chain, Merchandising, and operations to ensure data-driven outcomes. Based in Irving, TX, this onsite, 12+ month W2 contract requires strong product management fundamentals,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management in integration-heavy environments.
• Experience defining user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, workflows.
• Experience owning or supporting system integrations, middleware, APIs, data platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of data flows across disparate systems, including source-to-target mapping, data transformations, validation, error handling, reconciliation, and downstream impacts.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments with backlog management, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead FSMA compliance readiness and product planning for the FMSA integration layer and Trustwell platform.
• Own requirements for integrations from connected enterprise systems into the middleware layer and between middleware and Trustwell.
• Define data movement, validation, and reconciliation requirements for traceability-related data.
• Translate complex business needs into measurable product requirements and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement.
