Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Project Manager to lead facility and infrastructure improvement projects in a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will manage cleanrooms, HVAC, material and personnel flows, and GMP compliance initiatives, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role involves leading design reviews, contractor activities, and construction planning, with a focus on schedule, budget, risk, and change controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with cleanrooms and controlled environments.
• Experience managing facility modifications or capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Manage engineering design reviews and contractor activities.
• Coordinate cleanroom and HVAC improvement initiatives.
• Support construction planning, execution, and turnover.
• Drive schedule development and project tracking.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and change controls.
• Support commissioning and qualification activities.
• Coordinate with Quality, Validation, Manufacturing, and Facilities teams.
• Ensure projects meet GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Provide routine status updates and reporting.
