Job summary

R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead an enterprise-wide Knowledge Management program for USSOCOM Headquarters in Tampa, FL.

You will serve as the contractor’s principal enterprise integrator, guiding governance, risk management, and cross-functional delivery across dispersed teams. This permanent, full-time role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, the ability to operate in a dynamic USSOCOM environment, and travel as needed CONUS/OCONUS.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programs involving multiple technical and functional workstreams.
• Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and coordinate activities across multiple organizations.
• Strong program management skills including planning, risk/issue management, and reporting.
• Experience with cross-functional and stakeholder engagement in a government/DoD context.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management, direction, and performance oversight for the EKM program and task orders.
• Serve as enterprise integrator and senior technical advisor to USSOCOM EKM leadership.
• Lead contractor personnel supporting EKM activities across commands and teams.
• Coordinate activities with Government leadership, stakeholders, and dispersed teams.
• Establish enterprise program-management approach for execution, compliance, risk, and governance.
• Oversee planning and execution of knowledge management, data/analytics, records management, and training.
• Maintain communication with Government stakeholders on status, risks, and action plans.
