Job summary

Dave is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Engagement & Promotions, to lead the product strategy, implementation, and scaling of promotions and engagement at Dave. You will decide which member gets which promotion and when, using ML-driven insights to personalize offers.

You will work across Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Operations to ship fast, conduct experiments, and build durable engagement. A background in AI-enabled product work and a customer-first mindset are essential for success at

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management owning engagement, retention, or loyalty programs in a high-volume B2C technology-driven environment.
• Experience working closely with senior leaders, including C-suite, to propose, refine, and ship new initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with ability to surface insights from complex data to drive action.
• AI-driven curiosity: applying AI to real product work (ideas, data, automation).

Responsibilities

• Own Dave's promotions and engagement roadmap end to end — new promotion types, home screen experience, and personalization.
• Ship ML-driven promotions quickly and extend engagement surfaces that guide members' finances.
• Act as the connective tissue across Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Operations to align priorities and plans.
• Build experimentation frameworks for fast promotion/engagement tests with clean readouts.
• Track ML/AI evolution and translate into practical product decisions for better targeting and timing.
