Amazon.com Services LLC in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Product Manager (Technical) to define and deliver the next generation of Echo devices and experiences for our global customers. You will work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, operations, finance, and senior leaders to bring features to market.

The role requires 6+ years in product/program management or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and proven ability to own roadmaps and end‑to‑end delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, and launch next-generation Echo devices.
• Create buy-in for the product vision with internal and external partners.
• Define use cases, requirements, and prioritization for Echo device capabilities.
• Learn and be curious about technology roadmap that can shape the future of devices.
• Develop detailed business requirements and user stories for product specifications and architecture.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operations.
• Work with engineering teams and program management to deliver products.
• Drive product launches with marketing, PR, executives, and team members.
