Job summary

GyanSys Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Data Platform Transformation initiatives within the EPIC program in Santa Clara, CA. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams and manage scope, timelines, and budgets.

You will apply Agile/Scrum practices, collaborate with architects and engineering, and ensure cloud modernization outcomes using Azure/AWS/GCP. A 10+ year track record in IT and PM is required.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in project management.
Experience leading Data Platform or Data Transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and PM methodologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
Understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, ETL/ELT, and Data Engineering.
Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Data Platform Transformation projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
Drive Agile/Scrum project execution and governance.
Track project progress and provide executive status updates.
Ensure successful delivery of cloud and data modernization initiatives.
