Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in a software engineering role delivering enterprise-grade apps.
• Extensive experience with Java or Kotlin.
• Proven ability to build cloud-native apps on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with API development and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of high-availability and distributed systems.
• Experience on-call rotations and supporting production systems.
• Strong observability, performance monitoring, and debugging.
• Strong automated testing across unit/integration/e2e.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Contribute hands-on technical skills to a collaborative engineering team.
• Participate in full SDLC from requirements to deployment.
• Build and maintain cloud-native apps using AWS services.
• Design, develop, and support APIs, events, and distributed services.
• Develop data pipelines for ingesting and enriching data.
• Improve developer tooling and automation for quality and scalability.
• Participate in production support including L2/L3 and on-call.
• Drive observability, instrumentation, and performance monitoring.
• Promote strong engineering fundamentals and automated testing.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and other engineering teams.
