Job summary

DCG ONE, a leading marketing services provider based in Seattle, seeks a Senior Project Manager to ensure creative projects move efficiently through our workflow. You will align cross-functional teams, define scopes, and maintain timelines while keeping clients informed and engaged.

The ideal candidate has extensive PM experience in a fast-paced agency setting, with a strong grasp of design tools and vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

Ten or more years of project management experience, preferably in a digital or traditional advertising agency.
Experience with project management techniques and tools; familiarity with agile approaches.
Familiarity with design tools and development terminology; knowledge of Adobe CS, Invision, Figma, Sketch desired.
Experience working with external vendors or agency partners.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and clients.
Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments; involved across the full creative process.

Responsibilities

Lead partner to the Account Manager in a client-facing role.
Collaborate across teams to define project scopes, review materials, and build timelines.
Manage day-to-day schedules and milestones for campaigns and deliverables.
Ensure outcomes meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget.
Coach and mentor other Project Managers on the team.
Monitor risks and proactively address issues.
Oversee post-production timelines and final delivery of assets.
