Job summary

Partnerize is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (Compliance & Certifications) to coordinate and drive technical compliance, security, and industry certification initiatives. You will manage audits, track evidence, and align execution across software development, IT/TechOps, and business operations cycles to ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Manager in SaaS/Adtech or software engineering.
• Proven PMO experience with timelines, audits, and governance.
• Hybrid/Agile project management in engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• PMO reporting, project standards, and KPI dashboards across compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate audits (SOC2, MRC) and evidence gathering with engineering and IT teams.
• Translate compliance controls into actionable development tasks and user stories.
• Manage schedules, risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Security, TechOps, Data, and Engineering to integrate compliance into roadmaps.
• Oversee automation tooling and audit-related infrastructure documentation.
