Mercury is seeking a senior product manager to own collaboration experiences, focusing on roles, permissions, and authorization. You will enable founders to onboard teams and scale usage across email, Slack, iMessage, and other channels, while working with large customers to refine spend and finance workflows.

You will influence product direction, balance platform complexity with usability, and autonomously drive end-to-end initiatives from discovery through GTM.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience on collaboration products or platform teams handling identity, roles, and authorization.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into a clear point of view.
• Capacity to own end-to-end problems across research, design, engineering and GTM.

Responsabilités

• Own the experience of collaboration on Mercury, including roles, permissions and product experiences.
• Make it easier for founders to bring their whole team onto Mercury with high-trust invitations.
• Build for cross-channel experiences across email, Slack, iMessage and other interfaces.
• Partner with large customers to understand spend and operations at scale and deliver critical functionality.
• Help shape product direction as the user base evolves.
