Job summary

Confluent is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Cloud Networking to drive end-to-end initiatives in a remote US setting. You will own the roadmap, partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing, and ensure scalable, cost-efficient networking experiences in Confluent Cloud.

You will guide multi-team efforts, set measurable targets, and advocate for user-centric, data-driven improvements in a rapidly growing product area.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager focusing on cloud technologies.
Experience building enterprise-grade products.
Experience creating and defending a clear product roadmap backed by user stories.
Excellent analytical, communication & collaboration skills.
Ability to build relationships with coworkers and customers worldwide.
Proven ability to drive business outcomes through product changes.

Responsibilities

Understand users through interviews and data to define personas and jobs to be done.
Drive roadmaps for Confluent Cloud Network with emphasis on UX and cost efficiency.
Define interfaces for API, CLI, Terraform; launch new network options.
Lead multi-team initiatives from concept to delivery and iteration.
Set and measure quantitative and qualitative targets; share results with stakeholders.
Manage complexity amid evolving product, partnerships, and growth.
