Job summary

EEI, a leading employee-owned facility and energy consulting firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive high-quality commissioning and building performance projects. You will lead project teams, manage delivery from start to finish, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders while advancing business opportunities.

Responsibilities include coordinating scope, schedule, and budget; mentoring staff; and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Experience with building systems commissioning or related technical project delivery.
• Ability to manage complex projects with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clients and teams.
• Great organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commissioning and building performance projects from planning through closeout.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships with responsiveness and clear communication.
• Proactively manage risks, contracts, resources, budgets, and profitability.
• Mentor and support technical staff to improve project performance.
• Support proposals and identify additional client service opportunities.
• Partner with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align objectives.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and organizational goals.
