Job summary

Sia, a global strategy and management consulting group, is seeking a Senior Consultant-Project Manager / Business Analyst in the United States. The hybrid role blends business analysis with project management to drive transformation across energy, utilities, and transportation sectors.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, map processes, document requirements, and collaborate with executives and technical teams to deliver AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical project management, business analysis, consulting, or similar client-facing roles.
• Track record delivering complex business or technology transformation projects.
• Experience documenting requirements, business process flows, and user stories.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with generative AI and enterprise AI tools, copilots, or intelligent automation.
• Excellent communication with executives and ability to handle ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: scope, schedule, budget, risks, and governance.
• Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, roadmaps, and executive reports.
• Align stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, and sponsors.
• Run workshops, steering committees, and sprint ceremonies.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled transformation.
• Document AI use cases and translate challenges into tech solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on implementations, testing, and dashboards.
• Support reporting, data quality, and governance workstreams.
