Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a senior-level Part-time Program Manager (B-52, WBD) to support the AFLCMC WBD at Tinker AFB, OK. The role focuses on acquisition program management across life cycles, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring milestones are met.

Responsibilities include risk management, IPT/PIWG participation, and review of strategic documents, budgets, and schedules to sustain and modernize the B-52 fleet while aligning with DoD objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of acquisition program management policies and procedures.
• Experience supporting USAF systems, subsystems, and procurement life cycles.
• Ability to coordinate documentation across functional areas and teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply acquisition program management policies to USAF systems and procurement activities.
• Support acquisition management for existing and future aircraft programs and platforms.
• Assist in coordinating documentation across financial, contracting, engineering, and logistics teams.
• Consolidate inputs into common documents and plan program milestones.
• Provide risk management, project management, process improvement, and IPT/PIWG participation.
• Collect program inputs across life cycles from research to modernization.
• Assist with non-voting advisory support for source selections and progress reporting.
• Develop responses to taskers and support urgent operational need execution teams.
• Produce or review program office products, including analyses and plans.
• Support IMPs, IMSs, and reporting frameworks for program events.
