Job summary

Amazon in San Francisco is seeking a Product Manager (Technical) to define and deliver next-generation Echo devices that extend Alexa in new home experiences. You will own cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, operations, finance, and leadership to bring features to global customers.

The role requires big thinking, ownership, and analytical rigor as you translate complex technologies into simple, delightful products.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, and launch next-generation Echo devices.
• Create buy-in for the product vision with internal and external partners.
• Define use cases, requirements, and prioritization for Echo device capabilities.
• Learn and be curious about technology roadmap for devices.
• Develop detailed business requirements and user stories for product specs.
• Manage prioritization among customer experience, performance and support load.
• Work with engineering and program management to deliver products.
• Drive product launches with marketing, executives, and other PM team members.
