Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Senior Application Conversions Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology integration projects for merged firms, with a focus on BMS platform conversions like AIM and ImageRight. You will manage data migration, vendor coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.

The role requires strong project management, data conversion expertise, and the ability to handle complex, multi-team initiatives within a matrix

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, business management, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including complex technology integration or data conversion projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors; strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle BMS conversion projects from initiation through go-live and post-conversion stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, estimates, and deliverable timelines for multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage scope, budget, and resources; drive risk identification and mitigation; report progress to stakeholders.
