Job summary

BridgeView seeks an experienced AIMS Program Manager to lead critical technology initiatives for a global aviation client. You will drive platform upgrades, coordinate internal teams and vendors, and establish governance and accountability to ensure on-time program delivery.

The role requires direct AIMS experience, strong vendor management, and exceptional communication. You will work remotely from the US, with Eastern Time hours and some coordination with international teams.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with the AIMS airline operations platform is required.
• Experience managing AIMS implementations, upgrades, or related technology projects.
• Strong technical project/program management and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Airline industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work Eastern Time hours with flexibility for early meetings with international teams.
