Job summary

Adobe in California is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own the tools and skills lifecycle for AI-native agents. You will coordinate with engineers, designers, and the AI Platform team to ship improvements and define measurable quality signals.

You will bring 5+ years in product management, a CS/engineering background, and daily use of AI tools. A strong track record in UX quality, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in product management or equivalent shipping consumer/creator products.
• Enough technical depth to work with engineers and reason about tools/skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the tools and skills lifecycle end to end—from triage to spec, build, test, and iteratio n based on performance.
• Own UX fit‑and‑finish prioritization with design to determine release sequencing.
• Improve tool and skill quality day to day by fixing flaky triggers and outputs.
• Help build evals by defining quality metrics and measurable signals.
• Collaborate with AIP on integration and roadmap alignment for tools/skills.
• Structure and refine prompts and system instructions; run tight experiment loops.
• Close the loop with clear, regular reporting on tool and skill quality and reliability.
