Job summary

RoomPriceGenie is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own pricing strategy for our Revenue Management team. You will lead a cross-functional group of engineers, designers, and researchers to shape how our AI-powered pricing is presented to hoteliers, both in the app and in partner PMS integrations.

You will define the product vision, set trade-offs, and drive end-to-end delivery, focusing on adoption, retention and revenue uplift.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Senior Product Manager in B2B SaaS with ownership of outcomes.
• Track record of making complex systems radically simple.
• Comfortable setting strategy in ambiguous spaces and making trade-offs with incomplete information.
• Genuine excitement about how AI reshapes software and how it´s built.
• Experience in hospitality tech, revenue management systems or pricing is a plus.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap anchored in business goals: adoption, retention, revenue uplift and expansion.
• Shape pricing appearances across surfaces, from core app to partner integrations and multi-property accounts.
• Turn user research into strategy and drive end-to-end impact from discovery to delivery.
• Define and own KPIs, measure outcomes, and communicate results transparently.
