Job summary

Snowflake in Menlo Park is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead key features within our Migrations team. You will be responsible for aligning product roadmaps with company strategy, executing projects transparently, and helping to define and launch AI-powered product offerings. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in product management and a strong background in data ecosystems.

This role is critical in our mission to enable enterprise customers to effectively leverage the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. You will also foster team culture and mentor other employees while ensuring the successful adoption of our features.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise product management experience.
• Strong familiarity with data ecosystems and SQL.
• Experience working with developer tools and APIs.
• Understanding of AI and generative models.

Responsibilities

• Own feature direction and ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Understand customer migration needs and technical constraints.
• Execute project priorities transparently with the engineering team.
• Define and ship MVPs for customer feedback.
• Learn how migration features go to market and succeed.
• Track usage metrics to drive decisions.
• Act as a mentor and contribute to team culture.
