Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI Model Safety to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for trust, safety, and abuse prevention across AI models served on the Google Cloud Agent Platform. You will sit at the intersection of generative AI infrastructure, enterprise requirements, and Google's rigorous safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 8 years of product management or equivalent leadership in cloud platforms, APIs, or ML infrastructure.
• 3 years taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience in Trust and Safety, AI safety, content moderation, or enterprise cloud security/compliance.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year product strategy for AI model safety across Google Cloud MaaS and Agent Platform.
• Present low-latency, scalable safety capabilities for AI model inference and abuse detection.
• Build enterprise-grade safety controls with threshold policies, BYOG, and telemetry.
• Partner with AI model providers to align safety standards and create joint roadmaps and SLAs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Trust and Safety, Legal, Policy, and Research for automated abuse triage and regulatory reporting.
