Job summary

Constant Contact is seeking a Principal Product Manager for AI Assistant to lead the strategic roadmap and lifecycle of our AI-enabled marketing companion. You will partner with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure the AI features deliver measurable ROI for SMBs.

You will mentor other PMs and articulate a clear AI vision within the broader platform strategy, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• At least 2 years owning AI/ML powered products in production.
• Track record of moving a product from good to best in class.
• Bias for shipping and learning fast; iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic roadmap for the AI Assistant as a core platform capability.
• Own the full product lifecycle — define features, prioritize, and drive execution with engineering and design partners.
• Drive adoption and engagement by understanding customer workflows and reducing friction for SMBs.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success to articulate value.
• Define success metrics and build the business case for AI investments with ROI impact.
• Mentor other PMs on AI building best practices.
• Represent the AI Assistant vision in company strategy sessions.
