Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Customer Experience and AI based in the United States. This is a high-impact product leadership opportunity focused on shaping an AI-native, mobile-first SaaS experience.

You will own strategic growth initiatives centered on measurable customer outcomes and product value, combining customer research, behavioral data, rapid experimentation, and AI-enabled product development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling SaaS products.
• Proven track record of improving growth and retention metrics and translating customer needs into measurable outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to present and defend product vision to senior stakeholders.
• Operate as a high-impact individual contributor and lead cross-functional teams through influence.
• Active experience experimenting with AI tools to improve product discovery and development lifecycle.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate research into compelling product experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management in ambiguous environments.
• Proven mentoring capabilities to help other PMs improve their craft.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution of growth initiatives focused on customer outcomes and business performance.
• Develop clear perspectives on how product experiences demonstrate value via research, insights, and experimentation.
• Lead cross-functional engineers and designers toward actionable, ROI-focused outcomes.
• Define hypotheses and use AI-enabled tools to test and accelerate development.
• Navigate ambiguous problems, clarify requirements, and align stakeholders across squads.
• Mentor PMs and strengthen discovery, strategy, and execution capabilities.
• Advocate for customer needs across discovery and development for SMBs and growth-focused users.
• Help establish stronger product standards across the product organization.
