Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant Product Manager focused on Sourcing & Procurement to own an agentic product area within the procurement portfolio. You will drive discovery, define KPIs, and deliver end-to-end workflows in an agile team, partnering across engineering, data science, design, and risk to ensure trust and business impact.

You will work in a remote + hybrid model with 2–3 days onsite, mentoring Consultants and Analysts, and shaping the roadmap for enterprise procurement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or related field.
5–8 years of enterprise software product management experience.
Ability to own delivery of a product area with competing priorities.
Experience delivering AI/ML (GenAI) products, including evaluation and iteration.
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (APIs, identity/SSO, data pipelines).
Exposure to procurement, sourcing, or supply chain with domain depth quickly.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to write crisp narratives and PRDs.
Travel approximately 0–25% United States.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery of a defined sourcing and procurement product area, contributing to vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Define and track KPIs tied to procurement efficiency, cost reduction, and supplier performance.
Drive end-to-end procurement workflows: requisition, sourcing and RFx, contract management, supplier onboarding, and P2P.
Translate business needs into measurable outcomes and jobs-to-be-done.
Run discovery (research, prototypes, Alphas) and delivery (MVP to scale) with cross-functional teams.
Create PRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.
Maintain a healthy backlog; plan sprints and align stakeholders.
Specify agent capabilities and human-in-the-loop patterns for procurement workflows.
Partner with engineering, data, and risk on connectors, data access, security, logging, and ERP integration.
Collaborate with risk/compliance to address governance and audit requirements.
Contribute to GTM, demos, and enablement; support pilots and launches.
Use AI to accelerate domain research and prototype procurement workflow improvements.
Test assumptions early and focus on high-impact solutions.
