Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting, industry, or combined experience.
• 5+ years in direct materials spend analytics, RFP, and sourcing execution.
• 8+ years leading teams or managing projects for sourcing/procurement engagements.

Responsibilities

• Leading sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, AI-enabled sourcing and category strategy design, solution configuration, deployment, testing, and knowledge management.
• Advising clients on supply chain and operations strategy and translating findings into sourcing strategies and total cost of ownership models.
• Leading multiple workstreams and onshore and offshore teams in a fast-paced client service environment.
• Supporting transformation initiatives with eProcurement and AI-enabled sourcing technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.
• Conducting value chain and supply chain mapping, product teardown, and value engineering to identify cost drivers.
• Building client stakeholder relationships, presenting recommendations to executives, and directing teams to support delivery.
