Job summary

Bloomberg is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Home to transform the first moments of every Bloomberg Terminal login into an intelligent, proactive experience. You will lead the move from manual data retrieval to agent-led analysis, using modular UI and agentic skills to serve diverse financial professionals from analysts to portfolio managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within financial technology, enterprise software, or workflow‑driven platforms.
• Experience working on AI‑enabled, data‑rich, or service‑oriented products and platforms.
• Familiarity with personalization, recommendation systems, conversational experiences, or workflow automation concepts.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Product, Engineering, UX, and Data teams.
• Comfort operating in evolving environments where priorities and opportunities may shift over time.

Responsibilities

• Define the evolution from traditional app experiences toward conversational and modular workflows.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to surface timely, relevant insights for user productivity.
• Collaborate with Bloomberg domain experts to develop reusable, agent-aware components and experiences.
• Contribute to a vision for personalization and contextual experiences that adapt to user workflows over time.
• Support rapid experimentation and prototyping to validate ideas and improve onboarding and workflow efficiency.
• Act as a connector across teams to align on interaction patterns and platform direction.
• Define and monitor engagement and adoption metrics to measure impact.
