Job summary

LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. seeks a Sr Product Manager to lead Advanced Battery Analytics initiatives, turning capacity testing and performance data into asset health insights. You will work with data science, service, and product teams to deliver customer-centric, viable solutions.

You will translate battery behavior, constraints, and market data into clear product decisions, collaborating with engineers, traders, and executives to drive outcomes across energy markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required; advanced degree in engineering, economics, operations research, or related field a plus.
• 7-10 years working on technology-powered products, including analytics, forecasting, or optimization platforms.
• Experience developing or managing analytics solutions in the energy domain is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks and their application to analytics and optimization problems.
• Background in energy storage, renewable energy, or complex, highly integrated industries is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of Advanced Asset Analytics products, with success measured by customer adoption and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, asset owners, and market experts to define and validate analytics and optimization solutions.
• Translate complex battery behavior and market constraints into customer-facing product capabilities.
• Conduct product discovery and market validation with asset owners, operators, traders, and service teams.
• Design scalable business models and commercial offerings, including pricing and packaging.
• Ensure all business needs are met to bring new analytics capabilities to market: sales materials, contracts, docs, rollout plans.
• Regularly update stakeholders on product roadmap, backlog, progress, and business impact.
