Job summary

Baton, Ryder’s in-house product group in Hayes Valley, San Francisco, seeks a Senior Product Manager to define and launch a new customer visibility platform. You’ll own the 0-1 lifecycle from research through launch, collaborating with engineers, designers, operators, customers, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will help expand a $1B vertical, work in a hybrid setting, and shape a long-term tech vision while delivering tangible impact for Ryder’s extensive client base.

Qualifications

• Experience building 0-1 products and delivering user experiences.
• Experience shipping web or user-facing applications.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
• Proven data-driven approach to inform decisions and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product development lifecycle from need-finding to vision and execution.
• Own the 0-1 definition and launch of a new product line.
• Collaborate with Ryder operations and IT stakeholders to align product with platform transformations.
• Work with design to prototype and ideate features across logistics workflows.
• Manage cross-department initiatives that touch multiple teams.
• Anticipate future products and contribute to long-term tech strategy.
