Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential and light commercial plumbing service calls.
• Locate and diagnose leaks, drainage problems, fixture issues, and water system concerns.
• Repair or replace toilets, faucets, sinks, disposals, valves, piping, and plumbing fixtures.
• Install, troubleshoot, and service water heaters.
• Perform drain, waste, water, and supply-line repairs.
• Complete plumbing improvements associated with remodels and renovations.
• Evaluate plumbing systems and recommend repair or replacement options.
• Explain findings and solutions clearly to homeowners and customers.
• Complete job documentation and service notes accurately.
• Maintain proper inventory of commonly used service materials.
• Maintain assigned company vehicle and tools.
• Follow applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Provide technical assistance to apprentices and developing technicians when needed.

About the Position

Quality Service Company is seeking a Senior Plumbing Service Technician to handle residential and light commercial service calls throughout Florence and the Pee Dee area. Your Responsibilities

You'll spend your day diagnosing plumbing issues, completing repairs and replacements, and helping customers understand their options. We're looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of each service call, and provide the level of workmanship and professionalism our customers expect.
