Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Inspect plumbing and heating systems in buildings under construction or renovation.
  • Review plans, specifications, and other materials for code compliance.
  • Investigate complaints and violations; document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Explain code requirements to property owners, contractors, and city staff.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare required reports.
