Job summary

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead commercial plumbing installations in Nashville. You will oversee project crews, coordinate with trades, manage schedules and material needs, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to read blueprints and shop drawings. Compensation is dependent on knowledge, skills and experience, with opportunities for advancement within our nationwide mechanical services

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a plumbing foreman on commercial construction projects.
• 3 years of experience leading teams of 1–5 direct reports.
• OSHA 30 hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of project schedule/milestones, submittals, contract documents and in-house drawings.
• Coordinate with other trades to complete plumbing installations within project scope and schedule.
• Manage project crews to install domestic, drainage and sanitation plumbing systems.
• Ensure safe performance of personnel and equipment on site.
• Read blueprints and design documents to support on-site work.
• Complete required electronic documentation (daily reports, next week plans, etc.).
