DynaTen Corporation, a Comfort Systems USA Company, seeks a Journeyman Plumber to independently install and service commercial plumbing systems on active construction projects in North Texas. You will read drawings, coordinate with foremen, and mentor apprentices to ensure safe, code-compliant work.

Reporting to the Foreman - Plumbing, this on-site role requires Texas licensure, 4+ years of experience, and the ability to work across teams on healthcare, data center, or other technically complex

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years of commercial plumbing or related mechanical construction experience.
• Ability to read and apply construction drawings, specs, submittals, installation details, and codes.
• Proven ability to work independently and plan daily tasks for code-compliant work.
• Ability to safely operate tools, lifts, ladders, and access equipment.
• Ability to mentor apprentices and effectively communicate with field leaders.
• Preferred: completion of an apprenticeship or technical training program.
• Preferred: OSHA 30-hour Construction credential or equivalent.
• Experience on healthcare, data center, laboratory, or other technically complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and perform work to lay out, install, test, service, and repair pipe, valves, fixtures, and related equipment.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, submittals, and field instructions; identify conflicts before installation.
• Lay out work, verify dimensions and elevations, and coordinate openings, supports, and sequencing.
• Inspect materials and completed work; correct deficiencies and support testing, commissioning, and closeout.
• Safely operate and maintain pipe machines, groovers, presses, test equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Track material needs and communicate constraints, progress, and changes to the Foreman.
• Coach apprentices in safety, tool use, installation methods, housekeeping, and quality expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
