Job summary

Plumbing Care Payroll Associates Inc. is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor in San Ramon, CA to lead a 10–15 tech team, run field service and installation jobs, and drive customer satisfaction.

This is a hands-on, non-desk role with strong tankless water heater and gas system knowledge, sales targets, and leadership responsibilities. You will partner with the Field Operations Manager to maintain safety, quality, and profitability while delivering expert service in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of senior-level plumbing field experience.
• Extensive hands-on plumbing service and installation expertise.
• Strong knowledge of tankless water heaters and gas systems.
• Proven plumbing sales experience with ability to meet monthly goals.
• Ability to estimate and manage complex jobs from start to finish.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading, training, and supporting plumbing technicians.
• Ability to review technician work and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and proper installation practices.
• Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Run and complete your own plumbing service and installation jobs.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing systems.
• Install and service tankless and traditional water heaters, gas piping, repipes, drains/sewer systems, fixtures.
• Engage professionally with customers, understand needs, and explain solutions.
• Write estimates and manage each job through completion.
• Proactively sell plumbing work and meet monthly sales goals.
• Lead technician meetings and assist with training.
• Support and guide 10–15 technicians.
• Review technicians' completed jobs and provide feedback.
• Work with Field Operations Manager and operations team.
• Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, productivity, profitability.
