Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial plumbing systems
• Perform facility-wide maintenance including mechanical repairs and low-voltage work
• Support cleanroom, laboratory, and manufacturing plumbing systems
• Use CMMS (Maximo) to manage work orders, inspections, and asset history
• Coordinate and oversee contractors ensuring safety and code compliance
• Troubleshoot plumbing-related alarms or issues affecting operations
• Document work clearly using CMMS and Microsoft Office
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation for after-hours facility needs
