Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and coordinate repairs, installations, and modifications of plumbing systems.
• Estimate time and material costs for work orders and projects.
• Maintain inventories and purchase materials within budget.
• Establish preventive maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
• Read blueprints, shop drawings, and contract specifications.
• Train staff in plumbing maintenance and safety.
