Job Summary :

The Senior Plumbing Engineer will engage in all phases of a project from inception to completion of construction. This involvement is intended to grow individuals and nurture design talents. In this role, you will :

• Design plumbing systems including Healthcare / Life Sciences / Multifamily.
• Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, specifications of plumbing systems and topographical maps.
• Lead project teams and serve as the primary contact for discipline with clients.
• Prepare specifications for purchases of materials and equipment.
• Develop calculations for plumbing systems and associated controls.
• Perform QA / QC of design work.

You will be a great fit if :

You have a minimum of 10+ years of experience.

You have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

You have thorough knowledge of plumbing design and corresponding terminology.

You have experience with laboratories / medical facilities design.

You have an excellent work ethic and attitude.

Skills / abilities :

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office

Ability to successfully lead teams and manage projects

Excellent ability to read, interpret and implement plumbing design documentation.
