Job summary

HGA in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Plumbing Engineering Supervisor to lead the design, coordination, and documentation of plumbing systems across a range of building projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of consulting engineering experience with emphasis on plumbing design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or similar state-recognized certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and practices.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated leadership with mentoring and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, coordination, and documentation of plumbing systems for diverse projects.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to plumbing designers.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, and other teams.
• Ensure codes and regulations are met in all designs.
• Utilize Revit and BIM to develop coordinated project documents.
• Support project goals with strong communication and planning.
