Qualifications

• Fifteen years of plumbing engineering and design experience.
• Strong knowledge of IPC, UPC, NFPA and related codes.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-based design and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and generate plumbing models, plans, details, and drawings per BIM standards.
• Lead plumbing design for complex projects from schematic design to construction administration.
• Present design approaches and coordinate with disciplines, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of plumbing designs, BIM models, calculations, and deliverables.
• Develop technical guidance and maintain plumbing design standards and procedures.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to plumbing engineers and designers.
• Track project progress, scope, and schedule.
