You will lead plumbing design efforts, manage staff, and coordinate projects within the MEP space, leveraging IPC/UPC/IBC standards and strong building code knowledge. This role offers generous benefits, ESOP, and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in MEP plumbing design/consulting
• Team leadership/management experience
• Project management experience in the MEP space
• Working knowledge of IPC/UPC and IBC standards
• Complete understanding of building codes
• Thorough design system knowledge

Responsibilities

• Plumbing system selection, engineering & design
• Prepare plumbing drawings, sketches, analyses, specifications, and calculations
• Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Providing management and oversight of plumbing design staff
• Providing construction administration & site observations related to your projects
• Delivering exemplary service and support to team members and clients
• Supporting overall project management to our MEP team leaders

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for plumbing system selection, engineering & design
• Preparation of Plumbing drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications, and calculations

Required - What You'll Bring

• 10+ years' experience in MEP plumbing design/consulting

• Complete understanding of building codes
• Thorough design system knowledge

Preferred

• A Professional Engineering License (or equivalent experience)
• CPD Certification
• LEED® Accreditation
• Working Autodesk® REVIT knowledge
