Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, LLC is seeking a Lead Plumber to manage expert service and trusted advisement for high-end residential and commercial projects in Eagle, Pitkin, and Garfield Counties.

This role offers guaranteed 40+ hours at $40–$50 per hour plus a $5,000 sign-on, a robust benefits package, and access to take-home trucks, iPads, and ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• Colorado Plumbing License is required.
• 5+ years plumbing and heating experience (8+ years preferred).
• Ability to solder and perform electrical work; knowledge of state codes.
• Proficient using iPad for routing, maps, and digital invoicing; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and a self-starter attitude; maintain a clean, sterile workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing and heating repairs, installs, and replacements to state codes.
• Consult with clients; present solutions and promote club memberships and products.
• Install equipment stickers, place door hangers, and keep digital records on your iPad.
• Lead by example and supervise apprentices.
• Maintain organized, stocked take-home vehicle for efficiency.
